From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
The communications was great and the property manager communicated precisely and clearly with us at check-in and check-out. During our stay they reached out to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a quiet place without a lot of in and out traffic. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. It was a very short walk to the Metro, restaurants, pharmacy and more. We will definitely stay her again. Kelley

Sojourn’s place was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend while visiting for the first time in Washington, DC. It was the perfect size for us and in a lovely neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Capitol. There were several restaurants and a Trader Joe’s less than 5 minutes away walking. We especially loved the hotel like bedding and pillows. The decor was really nice and thought out. Check in and check out were very smooth. Communication was great and they accommodated us with an early check in and leaving our luggage later as we flew out at 1:30pm. We will be back to visit more places and will definitely stay at Sojourn’s place again if it is available! Great location, comfortable space. Really enjoyed the stay and will do so again in the future
