Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This is a great and spacious basement apartment in the Capitol Hill area of DC. Very close to the Eastern Market metro and near all the restaurants on Barracks row, the location is perfect. I was in DC for work, and this was a home away from home after coming from the office. <br/>Very clean and quiet, there is a little noise from the unit above, but not any more than you would hear in any apartment unit. The street and neighborhood are very peaceful. Easy self-check-in with a keypad. Would stay again for future DC visits! this place is peaceful and safe. easy to access breakfast shop and walkable distance to national mall. One of good things, this unit 102 is not basement. usually, airbnb in DC is on basement which you can feel easily basement moisture and smell. But this place is NOT. you can feel fresh staying. The area was super peaceful, lots of friendly pets and families out walking around! There is a playground just steps away at the end of the street, perfect for my toddler. Trader Joe’s was a short 7 minute walk away as well as the East Market Metro station which was super easy to navigate. There’s plenty of on street parking as well. Our stay was wonderful and the place was very clean and homey.
