After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.View More

We had a wonderful week at this home. The location is ideal as it is close to the beach and close to town. We walked to dinner several nights and to get coffees in the morning. The home is just as described - very clean and we loved having the pool and hot tub on site. We would definitely stay at this place again. Jessica

Absolutely beautiful! It was just as pictured and had everything we needed and then some. Loved the hot tub and heated pool! In the heart of Duck, and close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Great to communicate with, and loved all of their well detailed instructions. Will definitely be back! :) Kelsie

We enjoyed our stay here and loved the amenities. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The hook and loop game that was set up near the outdoor shower was so fun for the whole family. The beach access was very easy to find we could park our car within feet of it. The location of the house in Duck was perfect there were so many stores right down the road within minutes. The local restaurants were great and very accommodating for food allergies/diet restrictions. Of course the beach was BEAUTIFUL- amazing sunsets/sunrises with lots of shells and we even found some sea glass! The house provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories for use at the beach. There was plenty of puzzles, games, and books in the house as well. The house and pool were very nice. Short walk to the beach and shops. Host always responded quickly and made everything clear about check in and check out.
