The Indoor Space:
Living Room:
Relax in a cozy space with a sofa, loveseat, and plush accent chair, complemented by throw pillows, blankets, and a coffee table. Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen with AppleTV loaded with streaming and games.

A chef’s dream with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, and a coffee setup for your morning brew.

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.
Trust & Safety Fee
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcomed with a $100 pet fee per pet. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area. There is a 20X20 fenced dog run in the back yard for your pet to play.

Treetop Villa is a wonderful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoy this location in the offseason as it is peaceful and easy to get to. The house is wonderful and warm and always spotless. Recently re-done, it has all the modern amenities that one would want. Great living space, excellent kitchen. This is not a walkable area (to shops etc.) but there are pathways for enjoying the weather and walking to the beach. We will be back to check out the pool for sure! The home was stunning. Had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Will definitely be back. Loved it. Rebecca

LeAnne’s home was wonderful! It was so clean, had all the amenities, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommend, and hopefully will be back for another stay! We loved this stay! We want to come back in the summer to get the full experience! The hot tub was a perfect touch and the beds are very comfortable! We would love to come back!
