For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
6) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. We had 12 adults and comfortably slept each night. The living room had enough sitting space and chairs that we were able to enjoy movies and shows without much hassle. Sojourn responded quickly to any issues we had and communicated well. We enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the nearby bus stops to travel to and from Park City. Overall our stay was great. Great place, great location. Easy Checkout. We made sure to return in the best shape possible, but there was no check out instructions (run the dishwasher, strip sheets etc..).. This is the first Airbnb that I did not have a list of all things to do before we leave. This place was perfect! We loved our stay and the location was extremely convenient! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Park City! Nice home, but definitely a bit dated. There was a lot of clutter in the drawers. The parking was confusing. The hot tub was not clean when we arrived and the grill hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The host was responsive in fixing these issues. Overall, very nice place to stay, but definitely pricy. But that's what you get for a home in Park City near Deer Valley during ski season!
