From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The place was clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple and easy. The apartment was stylish yet cozy. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating when I had a specific request. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Capitol Hill. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would stay there again. The cleaning lady was even helpful when I was checking out because I thought I lost my phone in a hurry to leave. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at using this platform. Great location and easy access to restaurants and the subway. Walkable to the capitol. This is a 2nd floor apartment in a 3 story bldg. We had a loud neighbor upstairs who kept odd hours and there was little insulation, so we heard every step (with shoes on), every furniture move, and everything they dropped on the floor above us.
