From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this English basement apartment in Washington, DC. The space was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. It was also very easy to access, which made our arrival and departure seamless.<br/>Our contact was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with a lovely park at the end of the block.<br/>Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC. Sojourn is a great host: they allow us to drop off bags early before checkin time and pick up bags after checkout time to accommodate our flight schedule.<br/>The apartment is in good location: quiet neighborhood. Also the furnitures are new, stylish, and clean. Would choose this place next time in DC. We enjoyed our stay here in Capitol Hill. It is one of the best Air B/B we have stayed in. The location was perfect for us. All the amenities were first class! Exactly as the photos portrayed it. I don’t want to give such an amazing review because I want to be able to reserve it more in the future — but it was wonderful. You will not be disappointed. Kathleen

A great location on Capitol Hill that's very clean, quiet, and cozy. Lots of sleeping room and other features. The heat was a little tricky to figure out/get to a comfortable temperature, but Sojourn was extremely prompt and responsive to our questions.
