When you book this home, each adult occupant will be required to submit a $45 application, which includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check and you will be required to execute a lease agreement.
The space
Freshly renovated pre-war building along a wealthy avenue. This is a 2 bedroom 1-bathroom apartment with a queen bed and dedicated office on the 4th floor. Bathroom is en suite to the bedroom. No elevator. LOTS of closet space. Fully furnished and equipped and ready to go for you.
In the living room, enjoy some time watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, our home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home cooked meal, or takeout, at the dining room table.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and more. There’s a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The kitchen also has cooking items including pots and pans, baking tray and cooking utensils. There’s knives, a cutting board, strainer and mixing bowls. There’s 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware.
The home has a vacuum, broom, swiffer and ironing board.
Each floor has a shared coin-operated washer and dryer.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
This property has on site parking for a fee and should be reserved in advance. Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation. Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

What a gem! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous — super clean, spacious, and full of good vibes. The neighborhood is amazing, with everything you could possibly need just around the corner. Communication with the host was spot on! And honestly, those stairs? The best free daily workout ever! I’d come back in a heartbeat. Spacious unit in a convenient and quiet location. Host gave us no cleaning obligations which made checking out low stress. Only gripe was that the shower water pressure was weak (but it did get very hot). Would stay here again.
