Description
A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the third floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen futon bed upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Sojourn was very responsive to any issues. Be aware, as anywhere in DC, there are rats in the outside trash bins, but there's nothing Sojourn can do about that. Make sure to be quiet as noise carries. Overall, it's a very quiet place, easy access to the Metro, and lots to do nearby. You really don't need a car, but the optional parking was great. This was a great option for a long stay. I would stay here again. Beautiful apartment three blocks from DuPont Circle. The apartment is clean and looks like the photos. The team at Sojourn is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here! Claudette

Overall great location. Not noisy at all. I stayed 3 months and have no complaints. Sojourn communication was terrific.
