Please note that for all of our safety the home is equipped with Ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior of our building. We also have noise monitoring devices in all of our homes. These devices only monitor decibel levels and in no way invade your privacy.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.

Nice neighborhood. Everything was walkable and place was clean! Pros and Cons.
I hate to write anything negative, but there were a few big cons while I was there. I am so glad others have had much better stays than mine, it seems.
Cons-
Upstairs neighbor/s were very easy to hear. Simply walking sounds like an earthquake. It’s just insanely loud. I know you expect this in a shared building, and I always do. The intensity was enough for me to never risk staying there again though.
The bed was uneven and not supportive. If you like firm mattresses, do not come here. I saw that under the bed, the leg/frame was crooked and possibly bent. Maybe that played a role too.
The linens had a super strong fragrance of detergent. If you are sensitive to this, maybe bring your own pillowcase to at least cover that a bit.
Little cons- bathroom floor was a bit sticky. Two of four kitchen chairs seem broken.
