Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This place was great- perfect for a work trip and easy walking distance everywhere! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Capitol Hill! The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, which made exploring the area so easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and communication effortless. This studio apt met our needs so well. Very comfy bed, clean everywhere. Large kitchen table to spread out on. Small enclosed outside seating area is a nice option as well. We spent five nights and we so pleased with all things. We walked from the apt to just about anywhere, and Ubered as well, Multiple restaurants across the way , Trader Joe's was a easy walk. Definitely stay here again. Sojourn folks were so helpful as well. Sojourn team was very responsive and hospitable. My wife & I came back around midnight after a full day of being out and she smelled gas coming from the stove area. I immediately reached out to the host and they gave us another available unit nearby to move for the night, prioritizing our safety. Thank you Sojourn for a great stay and taking care of us!
