The space
Welcome to this renovated garden-level apartment, where comfort and convenience await.
Step into the efficient living area, adorned with chic furnishings, art, and space to dine. Cook a delicious meal on the convection oven, modernly lit by counter lighting. The kitchen is equipped with high-end designer appliances and everything you need to to have a wonderful meal in. Or order food from one of the nearby award-winning Barrack’s Row restaurants and relax on the L shaped Italian leather sofa afterwards and enjoy a movie on a 50-inch 4k TV.
We offer a large King bed with luxury, comfortable bedding and black-out blinds. In the bedroom, the Elfa closet system helps organize your wardrobe for a night out on the town or a business meeting. Your work desk is conveniently settled in the bedroom, perfect for an easy transition from remote work to tv remote in hand. The en-suite renovated bathroom is enhanced by its modern fixtures and tile shower. The second bed is a queen-sized air mattress. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the home, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe after exploring the Capitol Hill area.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
This home is below a family with a small quiet dog and there may be some residual noise during the day. We have done our best to mitigate sound transfer. Please let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable.

We so enjoyed our stay with Sojourn. We met friends there who stayed nearby. The space was exactly as advertised. It was spotless, roomy and cheerful. It smelled so clean! Very nice bed linens and comfy pillows. It was well anointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend this little gem if you are coming to DC! It’s walkable to the Eastern Market and even the National Mall if you don’t mind walking a couple of miles. Its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s for us! Thank you for the lovely stay! All I can say is- as a first timer in the city of DC, this was THE location to have been able to enjoy my experience/trip. The home was in a great location, extremely spacious and clean. It felt like home away from home. The space worked great with the amenities it had. The entire look of the home was comfortable and updated. I loved it so much, I want to move to DC now. Seija

Really great location, only 2 blocks from restaurants and Eastern Market. Comfortable bed and spacious, except for the very small bathroom which might be an accessibility issue for some folks. Overall I was super happy with this place! Also loved the fact that they don’t ask you to strip beds, run dishwasher, etc. Kimberly
