Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I would not recommend staying at the property. I noticed mice feces on the microwave. We left and returned after four days to find mice traps, roach, and infestation of flies throughout the unit. The flies were unbearable and it wasn't habitable to stay in. We booked a 79 night stay and refused to stay another night. <br/>In addition, we noticed a leak in the kitchen on the counter top which ruined some of our food. The transition strip near the kitchen had nails coming out of it. Finally the smoke fan for the stove did not work. This Airbnb had a lot of maintenance problems which we attempted to allow the host to rectify. We left for 3 days only to comback to more infestation. I would not recommend listing to anyone.<br/>We moved to another Airbnb immediately due to health concerns.
