From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Great location with great restaurants and garden bars nearby. Also close to metro so we could quickly get to most of the sites of DC within 20 minutes. Place was very comfortable, although we needed an extra chair as there were 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable, with extra bedding and towels and everything else we needed for an extended stay. This is a great unit - very clean and comfortable! The wifi is super strong - I was able to work during my stay (2 weeks) with no problem at all: never once had a weak or slow signal. The location is fabulous, close to everything while at the same time a quiet spot, and the management team is very responsive. I would definitely rent again - although probably I would prefer one of the units on a higher floor if available, in order to have more privacy when the blinds are open. Philip

This team has a few units in the same building. I don’t suggest staying in the garden unit. Has a different smell than when in other parts of the building. The location is wonderful. Great neighborhood and so close to other fantastic local or touristy experiences alike. Host(s) we’re responsive, but didn’t always answer the questions in full. Would love to see some changes before staying here again.
