Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This place is lovely and in a great location. It was a bonus to be able to bring our dog and have a dog park a few blocks away. As part of the Mt. Vernon Triangle neighborhood abutting the historic Shaw District, it has wonderful restaurants and shops within a very short walk, yet its location among other row houses makes you feel just outside all the bustle and very at home. Oh, and did I mention that the Metro is just a few blocks away! People are friendly here, and the neighborhood is safe. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and plenty of living space, I would recommend this home to anyone with a family (or two couples) wanting to explore DC. Well located and comfortable Enchant

It is a great apartment and we really liked the location. It's a safe neighborhood, a walkable distance from the National Mall and all the free museums, and only 4 minutes walk from a big supermarket. The host always responded very quickly and was always helpful. We were also allowed later check-out for no extra fee, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this home for a long-term stay!
