After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ HOT TUBS ★
The hot tub is open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.View More

Perfect for the 2 of us! Just enough space inside great hot tub and back yard area It was the perfect honeymoon house!! So close to everything, and the host was super on top of anything we needed! Excellent communication!!! And most of all, they knew we just got married and gave us some treats that made us feel so special!! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! Would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you for the amazing place to stay at such a wonderful price!! Couples this is the best place in OBX! Sojourn was very attentive throughout our stay. We had one issue that came up & was resolved very quickly. Would recommend this host. Had a great time, the place was lovely! It was even more beautiful than the photos!! Def would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in OBX, location was AMAZING
