Amenities
Check-in was a bait & switch. I wanted the convenience of booking an airbnb. But I was asked to confirm the booking in another platform, asked to pay a deposit, submit docs , sign contracts.
They never sent information on checking in. When they finally did, they gave the wrong passcode. I was stuck outside for more than an hour. I would be locked out of the building and unit on random days and night (I believe this happened 3-4 times). They locked me out again 4 hours before check out, leaving my luggage inside while my uber and I waited outside.
The sink also leaked and I woke up to a flooded kitchen floor after using the dish washer. They quickly repaired it but was broken again immediately. They did eventually fix it.
The positives are that they were sincere in helping (even if they did a bad job at it), reply fast and the place itself is nice enough and well appointed. If they can get their act together in managing it, it would probably be worth the price.
