Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This stay was incredible. everything we needed aside from food was provided. no issues at all. no real issues anyway. we didnt have hot water the first noght and the host quickly responded and we figured out the water heater was off and it was a simple press of a button to get working. the host left a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a very nice touch. the host put up with me asking which room had what and where the rooms were located across various messages and remained helpful and polite the whole time. (my kids were trying decide which rooms they were taking). lastly, a brand new unwrapped sponge on the kitchen counter was the nicest touch my wife was a fan of. They thought of everything. extra towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps and shampoos, etc. It was a fantastic stay overall. Thank you Sojourn. To all the readers, I highly recommend this host. Michelle

We used this home for a baby shower and it was a great space - the main downstairs area is large & the kitchen is partially separate. There was an event fee which I wish would have been shared on the post, it’s fair to charge for an event but it feels inappropriate to charge after when it’s posted as a place great for events. That being said, they were helpful with answering questions and I felt good holding our event there. In terms of the house, it’s 3-4 stories with “bedrooms” spread out. Only 2 rooms have beds, then 2 have sofa beds (1 of those being a futon). One of the sofa bed rooms is attached to the primary and you have to go through that room to get to the bathroom on that floor. It was fine for our group but an important factor for some groups and privacy. Also, the temperature varied by probably 20 degrees across different floors and different rooms which was challenging in winter. Great location, beautiful home, and good communication, just some oddities to be aware of. Loved our stay. Usually I’m hesitant to book an Air bnb with a 3rd party managing the property. Sojourn was amazing to work with. Responsive, professional, easy check in/check out. No heavy tasks at checkout, which was delightful just to close the door and leave. We had a small issue that I reached out to them about. They immediately fixed the issue, called to ensure we were set. The service was incredible.<br/>The home itself is beautiful. Perfectly clean and organized. Not a crumb or spot of dust to be seen. We’ve stayed in the neighborhood many times and can’t beat it. Would highly recommend this property and Sojourn. Kathleen

Lovely home, beautifully restored. There's a short walk to the Supreme Court and the Capitol. Great location and a very comfortable stay.
