Description
A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the third floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen sofa bed upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
Good location, clean apartment, comfortable bed. Having never been to DC for a family vacation, we relied heavily on Airbnb reviews and online research when selecting a place to stay. This cute, clean little apartment was just what we needed.
While old and hastily renovated, it met all of our needs. We cooked breakfast and made coffee each morning before heading out to explore. Our 15 year old son slept on the pull out sofa and my husband and I used the bedroom. While small, the bathroom was bigger than expected and there's plenty of hot water. We all found the beds uncomfortable after the first night, but Sojourn quickly fulfilled our request for mattress toppers the next day. (They use the softest bed linens, which we loved!)
The location was great. We loved sleeping on the top floor and having a few restaurants within a ten minute walk. (We highly recommend Bandit Taco for delicious casual eats!)
Onsite parking was tight, but next to the building, which was so much better than needing to park on the street.
Wonderful place! Great place and close to everything. Great apartment in DC and even better location! Apartment was clean and easy to get into, would recommend
