Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Nice and clean place. Modern interior decoration. The building has many facilities We stayed a little over a week at Nicole’s apartment and truly felt at home. The place had everything we could possibly need: very clean, super comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable and functional.<br/>The building is modern and well maintained, with a beautiful pool, a great outdoor space for barbecuing, and a fully equipped gym. The location is also excellent — right in Ballston’s downtown, with everything just steps away.<br/>Nicole was an excellent host — always responsive and attentive to any questions we had.<br/>In short, we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back. We had a fantastic stay in this unit! Plenty of room and very clean. We were also super satisfied with the fact that they provided soap, trash bags and laundry detergent. That is so appreciated when you are staying for a few days and don’t have time to buy these items for just a few uses. We will absolutely stay again! J

Great Stay With Family
Excellent location with an easy walk to metro. Accommodations were top notch and the security desk was very helpful. We arrived late (11p) and had no issues checking info in; also a dedicated and secure parking space was ideal for us. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.The only recommendation is to provide a pitcher for water, maybe an ice tray and some tumblers.
