Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Pros:
1. Sojourn team was extremely responsive and very nice. Could not have dealt with nice customer service.
Cons:
1. Went for the purpose of the inauguration. WiFi cut out just as it started and came on after it was over.
2. All TVs have a Roku account and do not allow a mobile hotspot connection to the TV. You must use Sojurn’s WiFi.
3. Heating and cooling is connected to the WiFi. With the WiFi down, being 10 degrees outside, it was not ideal temperatures. Luckily we blasted the heat the night before. So we were ok.
4. You can hear EVERYTHING above you. This is an old converted brownstone. Carpets are needed to stifle noise.
5. Our door lock was not working properly. It would have to be manually locked, it would not time out lock on its own.
Despite the unforeseen weather and cable conditions, Sojourn’s team really was very responsive and tried to help at all times when they were able to. It was still a nice trip!
