Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

It was good, a bit of rats in the trash area outside the unit but no fault of the host at all Great stay! Beautiful home! I'll start by saying the host is fantastic. Very nice and quick to respond. We found the water was not working when we arrived and they were able to schedule a repair during our stay.
We were not informed until after check-in that "monthly" pest control and HVAC maintenance would occur on both days of our stay, requiring strangers to enter the unit repeatedly. If this is actually routine it should've been disclosed at the time of booking, not arrival.
The unit itself is a basement that was converted to a living area. The entrance is right next to the buildings garbage which attracts huge rats that run around in front of the door and on the entrance stairs day and night. There are skylights above the bed that are essentially street level windows, they amplify the rain noise making it difficult to sleep.
The place is overrun with mosquitoes, with bug splatter visible on walls and ceilings. Cracks cover the walls, and the overall condition is subpar. For the price, we expected better Nice spot in a good location
