Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The location offers excellent accessibility, with convenient proximity to the metro and the National Mall. It is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and is very close to Trader Joe's. The premises are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Isabella

Staying at Sojourn's place was a lovely experience. The small apartment was just right for my partner and I, where we were able to stay safe and warm while exploring DC! The kitchen had all the amenties, including silverwear, cooking utensils, storage containers, and they even had some Baking soda we could have used if we needed! Having access to a washer and dryer was lovely, even if we didnt use it! They even had hangers in the closet for us, as well as an iron and a dorty clothes basket. It really felt like coming home when we arrived! Sojourn was also incredibly responsive to my messages, and replied within 30 mins to any and all questions I had. <br/>The only thing I would mention is their Smoke Dectors are very sensitive! So if you plan on making something on the stove top, open the windows up a bit to avoid having to wake your partner up while trying to surprise them with a birthday breakfast, haha! Rachel
