Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The listing is looks exactly as it does in the pictures. <br/>Plenty of room for our family of 5. <br/>Management was very helpful fixed issues we had quickly and efficiently. <br/>Very close to Newark Broad St. station on the NJ Rail which took us to Penn Station in 40 minutes. <br/>Note that you can hear the train go by about every 30 min. or so. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. Jodlet

the place was great. It was easy to check in, the host was very responsive. 3 nice bedrooms and a lovely living room. The parking in front of the building was convenient. If you're driving to Brooklyn just know you're going to pay lots of tolls. I would definitely stay there again. Let me share how much this place saved our trip. I was going with a group of 4 friends for the SOAD concert and our first air bnb cancelled due to pipe issues about 8 hours before our flight was set to depart. Had to scramble and found this spot. The price was actually cheaper than our initial place AND it was bigger. It comfortably slept 5 grown men. <br/>The sojourn team was super responsive to ANY questions I had. Would like to warn you to make sure you use the permit though bc if you don’t you will get a ticket. We couldn’t find the permit due to the previous person misplacing it, and we got a ticket within an hour. We eventually found the permit and had no other issues. It wasn’t the host’s fault.<br/>Would also like to add that it’s close to the subway transit which we pretty much used for most of the trip. Would highly recommend and if I ever go back to the NYC area, I would stay here again. I loved the stay; this was my first time but i will def come back again. Everything about the property was loved by my entire family.
