Very cute place! Close to NJ transit, which was very convenient! Be careful of getting ticketed for parking on left side of street-says permit only on both sides and permits were not offered. Though we weren’t ticketed if parked directly in front of the Airbnb. New nyc taxes caused issues for Ubers to pick us up but usually the second person took us after the first person would cancel. If you want to check in early, there’s a $20 fee per hour if available. Overall, great place.. appreciated the complimentary coffee!

The stay was good overall but the bedsheets and utensils needed cleaning and weren’t up to the expected standards. They weren’t ready for immediate use.

Loved the location. Loved the house layout and the style. It was just very dirty. Opened the dresser drawers had hair and white stains. Windows/blinds were dusty and stained. Severe dust bunnies under the beds. Stains on kitchen counter. Hairs in the bed. Etc. very grimy.
