2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) This is not a pet friendly home.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
6) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Very nice place to stay! Very convenient to catch a train and close to the highway if driving. I would definitely stay here again. For the most part, the house was nice and clean and well stocked with any amenities you need. If you want to cook the house has everything you need or if you want to get takeout, there’s restaurants nearby. It is an a college area so we did hear noise from the next-door neighbor having a little party on one night but for the most part, it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay again. Great stay! The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was very communicative, welcoming and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. But I have something to say. There were 6 of us in total staying in the Airbnb hut and there weren’t enough bowls and plates and chairs for us to eat. I first have to state that the property is immaculate!! Extremely clean and so well decorated, so impressive!!!! The property is clutter free and spacious. The best part was the parking as it was directly in-front of the property. Besides the glitz and glamour of this trendy space the customer service was one of a kind. Fast prompt response and always exuding top tier professionalism. I mistakenly left my purse in the property after checkout and the management company ensured me that they would handle the issue personally and my items would be safe until I returned. I’m greatly appreciative of the care the took with easing my fears. Great experience overall!! I would definitely return to this property again. Nice house it was very clean looked just like pictures
