Description
Escape to your tranquil 2-bed, 2-bath beach condo featuring panoramic water views of Back Bay Refuge from your private balcony. This home is decorated with soothing, coastal hues to bring a comfortable sense of calm while you're here. Have fun playing board games which will bring the entire group together when you're not splashing in one of the pools. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.

The space
We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie, play games, and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee while you listen to the waves lap upon the beach.
Sink into a king sized bed in the master bedroom which is enhanced by it's own private balcony. Don't forget the private bathroom! There is a queen sized ed in the second bedroom that is close to the hall bathroom. Guests will enjoy the queen-sized sofa bed.
You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was spotless, well-organized, and we felt completely safe throughout our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the welcome basket was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The only aspect of our experience that wasn’t quite five stars was finding the parking spot and navigating the building when we first arrived. While we were given clear instructions for check in and our stay, the parking garage itself lacked a map and wasn’t arranged in a logical numerical order, which made it a bit frustrating to find our assigned spot and get to the building entrance. That said, everything else was fantastic, and if we return to Sandbridge, I’ll definitely book here again! Great experience. Condo was nicer than expected, with high quality furnishings, appliances, linens and utensils. Welcome basket, and many other items not typically found in rentals.<br/>Sojourn offered a discounted extended stay, and then dealt with a slight hiccup in a bill immediately and creatively. Not only would I stay at the Condo again, I would seek out other properties managed by Sojourn.
