We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. We do not host beach week groups, school groups, or non-family groups.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

Amenities
It was our first trip to the OBX and considering it rained pretty much every day, we still had a great time and that had a lot to do with this great house. Leanne was so great, attentive and informative. The house itself was honestly better than the pictures presented online. It was in a great location walkable and bike-able to everything. Easy bike ride to the beach and the shops. House was immaculate and fully equipped with everything I needed to cook and serve kids. Great spot for teens and adults alike. It was a lovely house and the kids loved having the hot tub. J

Nice getaway
It was very nice Just as described, clean, tightly, and very comfortable stay. Plenty of amenities and comfortable walk to the beach. Had so much fun with friends for a beach weekend! Would totally return!
