When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ HOT TUBS ★
The hot tub is open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

Exterior security cameras on property
We loved our stay at Salty and Suite. We were three families with 4 small children 5 and under, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home for our stay. The main floor was spacious and full of light, with the perfect amount of seating for us. The kitchen was clean, modern, and well appointed. It even had plenty of plastic ware for the kids and a high chair. Our kiddos loved the little hide out room. <br/>It was nice that the bedrooms were separate from the common area. Each bedroom was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and newly renovated. We loved the wrap around decks, backyard, and the patio swings. We used the BBQ in the backyard and the corn hole game. The property is a few houses down from the bay, and only a few blocks from the beach. A wonderful OBX escape! Perfect for a family of 5 (3 teens). Everyone had room to spread out a bit—there are a couple of cool little nooks in this place for kids to hang out. Great kitchen! There was an instant pot! Good location. Everything in working order and very clean. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend this place. Wow!! Absolutely a 10/10 for this home and our vacation. The pictures do not do this home justice, the house is WAY better. Everything was so clean, even outside with several levels of porches. The price compared to what you get is absolutely worth it. There is so much space, enough for 2 family's as the basement ( Didn't feel like a basement, maybe 1st floor?) is set-up with a private bathroom, wet bar with a small wine refrigerator, plenty of windows and a large bed with walkout to the Jacuzzi. Backyard was nice and private with lights, a raised deck and family games. there is also plenty of lounge chairs, beautiful swings and tables. <br/>All of the attention to detail; There are books, a bathtub candle, bath salts and everything you need for a relaxing bath or a perfect Beach day. We always get nervous and bring a lot of necessities for cooking or beach but we did Not need anything. <br/>This is not just a vacation rental, you can tell this is a home and the family cares about it. The neighbors were friendly, it was quiet and the Sunsets by the Bay (at the end of the street) are beautiful. So many families out walking and enjoying the scenery. It only took us, 3 min to get to a Public beach access. Our recommendation, take a drive and adventure out. We drove into Nags Head and found a beautiful beach that was only 15mins from the house. <br/>Nicki responded very quickly and was a delight! We will definitely be back to vacation next summer and will stay here!! 5 stars all around for Salty & Suite! A lovely, clean, well stocked OBX vacation home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We went into relax mode as soon as we walked through the door. A short walk away from a public pier to view the most beautiful sunsets. There's nothing like an Outer Banks sunset! A short drive to public parking at the beach. A very nicely located home!
