The space
This newly renovated Capitol Hill apartment blends historic charm with modern convenience in one of D.C.’s most iconic neighborhoods. Occupying the entire lower level of a beautifully remodeled home, the space is private, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Enter through your own entrance off the brick patio or the shared main door.
Inside, the open-concept living area features exposed brick, hardwood floors, a flat-screen HDTV, and a sleeper sofa—perfect for relaxing or hosting guests. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a flexible eat-in space that doubles as a workstation.
The large bedroom offers a plush queen bed, ample closet space, and a second HDTV. A pristine full bath and generous storage throughout make it ideal for extended stays or working professionals. With central air, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable included, this apartment makes it easy to feel right at home in D.C.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The apartment was aesthetically pleasing with updated finishes however the detail in cleanliness detail and convenience lacked. The location was very convenient to our agenda of museum hoping and eating great food.

Unkept floors, they were dirty 5 star stay in Washington. Great communication, beautiful place, perfect are. Would definitely recommend. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient.
We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well.
A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of
-Lower water pressure
-Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out
-WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either)
-Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!
