The space
As you approach the property, you're greeted by spacious front porch inviting you to unwind with a morning cup of coffee or bask in the golden hues of the evening sunset.
Upon entering, you're welcomed into a light-filled foyer adorned with coastal-inspired decor, setting the tone for the entire residence. The open-concept living area boasts gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of large windows that flood the space with natural light. The plush sofa creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Adjacent to the living area is the spacious kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and a spacious island with bar seating, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I absolutely love it!! It's in a nice quiet neighborhood close enough to eateries and shopping districts. The house itself was a dream and I'm looking forward to booking it again. Thanks for the good experience and alway answering any questions I had in a timely manner. 6👍up if I had that many lol. Definitely worth the price couldn't think of a thing I would change. Absolutely loved it!! Beautifully furnished, totally equipped and comfortable home. All of our needs were met in this lovely home not far from the beach. The beds were comfortable, wonderful linens, and towels. The kitchen was great to cook in. The house was clean with a gorgeous sunroom and super fun backyard. We had a fantastic stay at this beach home! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had a great screened-in back porch that we loved hanging out on. The games provided kept everyone entertained, and the location was perfect for our beach trip. Check-in was super easy, and we appreciated not having to worry about cleaning up before checking out. Overall, it was a very relaxing and stress-free experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Norfolk!
