The open-concept living area boasts gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of large windows that flood the space with natural light. Adjacent to the living area is the spacious kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and a spacious island with bar seating, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
This was a perfect place for our family vacation. Everyone was happy with their rooms and we had everything we needed. The host was great with responding in a timely manner and extremely helpful and respectful. Our stay was amazing! Our group travelled to attend a family wedding. We were four couples and we were very comfortable in the space. It’s late December so it was too cold to use the screen porch or backyard, yet we still felt comfortable with a huge sectional and large kitchen. The four bedrooms were perfect. Definitely recommend for a group our size, or a smaller group if you like even more room.<br/>We did take a stroll on the beach (just two blocks away) and a few restaurants are easy walking distance. Overall very walkable.<br/>Lastly, we never even knew that East Beach is a thing. Of course everyone knows about Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks, but Norfolk? Yet East Beach has every bit the vibe of the Outer Banks with the huge, well-kept beachfront homes and well manicured neighborhoods. This was a pleasant surprise to all of us.
