From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had a great stay here. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. We especially appreciated their flexibility in checkin, willingness to help with any questions, and efforts to make the stay as stress free as possible. Would both recommend and stay with them if in the area again. The one thing we would note is that our group member who slept on the couch said it was not the most comfortable, though not so much that they were unable to sleep. Donna

Absolutely loved this place! It was clean, comfortable, and well furnished with modern decor. The neighborhood was chic and trendy. The location was perfect for walking to all the sights a traveler could want to visit. Numerous international restaurants, local groceries, and shops made this an ideal stay. I would definitely stay here again! Nice stay close to public transport and restaurants around the area. It just needs replenishment of kitchen utensils and a more thorough floor cleaning. Great place for my visit to DC! Lovely interior! Great neighborhood with tons of restaurants and a short walk to the metro. Bed was very soft. Very spacious Airbnb.
