Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
Really nice place to stay in the city. There are some steps up to the front door, and all bedrooms are on an upper level, so do not book it you have mobility difficulties. The kitchen had many tools and was very usable. We used the two bigger bedrooms which were both big enough to live out of open suitcases in, with the primary bedroom being significantly larger. There was a minor incident with a bug sighting and a bug bite in February, which is unusual, but the house is older and sits empty sometimes, I imagine, so a bug or two is to be expected. The hosts were extremely responsive. If I'm ever in need of temporary housing again in DC, I would definitely book this house or this host again. We had 1 minor issue with the plumbing but the host was very responsive and addressed it as quickly as possible.
