A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the third floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance king size bed, a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
I stayed here for 2 months in the summer and it was a great experience! The living room is very clean and comfortable and the bedroom is large with a king size bed. The location is in a lively and walkable area. There are many bars and restaurants just a few blocks down and it is only an 8 minute walk to the metro. At the same time, the block the building is on is very quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend to those that want to be in Northwest DC for a short or long term stay! Stayed here for two months after moving into town while house hunting. It was perfect! They had everything for us- perfect for an extended stay (soap, detergent, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). So many thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend! Very clean, perfect location, prompt and friendly service. Everything excellent! Thanks
