We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. We do not host beach week groups, school groups, or non-family groups.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
You will need to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

Recommend! Amazing house in great condition. 4 min walk to beach (though beware they pulling a cart over the dunes is a workout) and shops (food lion, farmers market, Dunkin, ice cream, etc…). <br/>House is well provisioned with cooking gear and games. Everything clean. Matches pictures. Feels very private, especially for OBX.<br/>We had a great family vacation here and would stay again! Our 3-generation, 18-member family vacation week was perfect. The house had ample room to be together and also spaces for quiet alone time. It was clean, had very comfortable beds, a well-supplied kitchen with tons of dishes, glasses and silverware, lots of beach chairs and pool and beach toys. The volleyball court, pool table, hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all. Being easy walking distance to both beach and shopping was ideal. In short, 809 Whalehead Drive far exceeded expectations for our OBX vacation week. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!! We had a family vacation of 16 people (adults and adult children). The place was just as it looked in the pictures. There was plenty of space to all be together but plenty of space to separate as well. There was a small issue with a slow drain in one of the bathrooms which they came and fixed within hours of my message. There are a lot of stairs but the main (top) floor had everything so our one older couple stayed on that floor for less up and down. One thing they don’t mention is that there is a closet full of beach chairs, wagon and toys so it is not necessary to bring those! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Great property, well maintained, clean sheets, comfy beds, kitchen was very well stocked, 1 block from beach. We were 4 families with kids and had a great time. Would love to visit again.
