Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Close to Capitol Hill. Quiet neighborhood. Several diners nearby for breakfast/lunch. Clean spacious for a couple people. Amazing stay! Super helpful, clean, quiet, and a great location. Great neighborhood- cute house but quite dark and there was an issue with the plumbing that caused a bad smell Place was a perfect location for making DC walkable. Place was comfortable and everything needed was provided. If we had any questions or feedback they were fast to respond. Even late at night. We did have some maintenance issues but a handyman was sent right over to make repairs and they were respectful of our schedule and timing. While it was a basement unit it was cooled or heated nicely. There was overhead noise but usually early morning. Or evening but it didn’t effect our overall stay.
