Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amazing stay! Super helpful, clean, quiet, and a great location. Great neighborhood- cute house but quite dark and there was an issue with the plumbing that caused a bad smell Place was a perfect location for making DC walkable. Place was comfortable and everything needed was provided. If we had any questions or feedback they were fast to respond. Even late at night. We did have some maintenance issues but a handyman was sent right over to make repairs and they were respectful of our schedule and timing. While it was a basement unit it was cooled or heated nicely. There was overhead noise but usually early morning. Or evening but it didn’t effect our overall stay. Aubrey

This cute and modern little basement apartment was perfect for our family vacation to DC. It is walkable to the almost all of the Smithsonian Museums and to two different grocery stores. The street is quiet, there is a lovely big park across the street, and the upstairs tenants are very nice. I will say though that the mosquito issue is pretty intense right outside the door (management company did come to address the issue the moment we told them), the noise from upstairs can be quite loud through the night, and the pull out sofa bed is very very uncomfortable. That said - we would still likely book here again because of all the positive things about it and the affordability for the great location.
