The property includes lovely architectural detail, hardwood floors, elegant furnishings, queen-sized beds in each bedroom, a grandmaster bath, central air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit. There is a charming fenced-in patio and garden. You’re only steps from Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan plus endless restaurants, shops, fitness studios and gyms, and transportation options with the Dupont Circle Metro Station (red line) which is just a 6-minute walk away. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The location could not be better — convenient to the Metro, restaurants, etc. The accommodations are very attractive, more importantly The f urnishings were all comfortable, nice linens, & the kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom could have used a towel bar or hooks.<br/>Our only real glitch was that it was very cold when we arrived— the thermostat showed it as 61, we turned it to heat mode and set it for 72, but it didn’t warm up to 70 until the following afternoon. We probably should have reached out to the host sooner, because once we did they prompted us to search for space heaters which we found and set up, and those made us comfortable overnight, and by the time we got home the next day, the temperature was normal and remained so the rest of our stay. We had good communication once we reached out about the issue, including an offer to send someone over with space heaters if we hadn’t found the ones stored on site. In to e end a good experience in a lovely setting. Great place to stay that is close to everything. Jessica
