The Summer Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Beach chairs are available.

House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

We thought the area we great! and indeed it was. But the unit was unclean- i took pics and sent to Nicole the host. she was going to refund me 66.00 dollars" and give 10% discount on another stay..just to make it right- The tub was full of gunk- long chunks of hair and beach sand...dirty towels- bed sheets nasty..smell like cigarettes- she hit us with..a 500 dollars fee-and said we were smoking...and we don't even smoke! Nor drink!! we brought our own towels and wash clothes- we only threw around our wash clothes we used to clean her tub ..toilet an sink with...dust on the toilet paper holder thick as snow. I have the pics..And she has them.They tried to uno reverse me- to pay the over 500 bucks...saying we did that! i feel insulted. Never again the this company! M

Short Stay
It was a short stay but exactly as advertised. Would stay here again without hesitation. This property, as well as all of the OV Mosaic family of properties, are always 5 stars. From clean spaces, to the proactive communication, and walkable area with many restaurants, shops and of course beach access makes it the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting the Virginia Beach area!
