We love furry companions, but this property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly homes.
The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that service animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human's disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task.
***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration***

Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.
Amenities
This unit is not located within a resort or hotel. Accordingly, there is not a concierge, maid service, or on-staff employees. This is a private rental.
All outdoor amenities such as pool, hot tub, and restaurants are not owned by the unit owner and are subject to the service and operations of the individual business owner. The swim up cabana bar is permanently closed.
We do not provide any type of snorkeling equipment.

Great location near the beach. Condo was very nice and matched the listing. The complex’s pools seemed to be well maintained and the gym was very impressive. The Mexican restaurant in our complex was a bonus and there was another restaurant and rental place within walking distance. The pier and park was also within walking distance. Only issues we had were that the door code we received didn’t work when we got there but that got resolved. Also the grill situation at the complex had some drama as all the grills were put out of commission for some reason. M

Condo was very nice, property was dated. Pool area was average with no umbrellas and not much of a view. The area lacked any nightlife and larger selection if restaurants. The places were good. Beach was awesome but could use a beach bar and restaurant. The unit was furnished well & very clean. The kitchen is stocked better than most airbnbs. The beds were all comfortable and the patio had great views of sunset which we enjoyed nightly. The unit was close to one of the building pools which was nice for evening swims. I have nothing bad to say about the unit itself but we did have an issue with the host themselves getting us the proper keys to access the beach supplies (chairs & wagon). We checked in on a Tuesday & didn’t get the storage unit keys until Thursday at noon. Hopefully the company has solved for this problem & it won’t impact future guests.
