Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
This place is a hidden gem! I had a great stay here. Highly recommend this property and it’s not too bad on your pockets. I’ve always enjoyed staying at their properties but this one is chefs kiss! The Airbnb was centrally located, the neighborhood had various restaurants nearby and the walk to the Metro was short and accessible. I did appreciate having a washer/dryer during my stay as well as not having any cleaning chores to do before I checked out. The host were responsive with my questions. Great location! The place felt clean and there were little touches like water in the fridge and Netflix accounts that were already on the TV. From the beginning, the smell of pesticides was strong. Air fresheners couldn’t mask it. I often had headaches and once the smell was so strong I became nauseous. I opened the windows, but because the window screens do not fit properly, centipedes came rushing in. I saw rats around the front steps of the building. There were cockroaches in the unit. The ceilings are thin and you can hear the residents in the unit above you, including their dog. The WiFi did not work for the first two weeks. There were no baking trays provided for oven use. The shower drain was clogged from previous use and water would build up in the tub despite my attempts to unclog. Other residents in the building often left the external door ajar, allowing unrestricted entry. Sojourn was responsive when I reached out for assistance, but this place is ultimately not suitable for living. In the end, I requested that the remaining weeks of my stay be canceled, which Sojourn obliged.
