This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Booked this apartment for a coworking retreat with my colleague, so the 2BR/2BA layout was ideal. <br/>The apartment is heavily chemically scented, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others so be informed. <br/>Prior to our arrival, a leak in one of the bathroom toilets had been reported to the owner, and they sent a maintenance person to fix it in the middle of our work retreat. A bit inconvenient (we left the apartment during that time). <br/>The complex itself feels a bit like a college dorm for adults, which is to say there’s plenty of outdoor and lobby-based coworking space if that’s of interest. There’s an outdoor pool but it was already closed since we stayed in October. The building is walking distance to some restaurants but there’s not much going on in the area. <br/>Overall, it was a good stay for what we needed it to be. Definitely had sterile hotel vibes, so if this had been a personal vacation I would have been disappointed. It’s great for coworkers! Michael

Buen apartamento. Amplio, iluminado, bien ubicado, el edificio es lindo, el parqueadero señalizado.<br/>El anfitrión fue preciso en sus instrucciones.<br/>Lo único que me pareció es que el apartamento es un poco lejos del ascensor.<br/>Pero es fantástico.<br/>Volvería sin dudarlo. Clean, comfortable, and easy metro access. Was great for a work trip to DC. Appreciated no cumbersome clean up duties or instructions.
