Description
Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This light filled and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy spacious accommodations and thoughtful design for a memorable vacation. This is the perfect place to unwind. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.
The space
We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie, play games, and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee while you listen to the waves lap upon the beach.
Sink into a king sized bed in the master bedroom which is enhanced by it's own private balcony. Don't forget the private bathroom! There is a queen sized ed in the second bedroom that is close to the hall bathroom. Guests will enjoy the queen-sized sofa bed.
You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Spacious and comfortable condo in an excellent location in the complex, since it's south facing with a view of the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and pots & pans (although you'll need to bring all your own spices and other ingredients), the beds are comfortable, and the beach towels are a welcome touch. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. This is really a high-end condo. The kitchen, bathroom, furnishings, linens, and bath products were all fabulous. This is a great location. I especially enjoyed visiting the nearby nature preserve. I would definitely rent this condo again. Beautiful unit with all amenities included in the listing. The host was very responsive and staff were friendly. Upon arrival we ran into issues with the code not working but the problem was fixed right away. The unit was cleaned, towels were supplied and instructions were clear and straightforward. I was not happy with the outside balcony full of spider web but it was somewhat manageable. Just a personal opinion but in order to book there was a third party to complete verification which was understandable but there was also an additional mandated damage coverage fee that’s non refundable. I feel like to pay for the unit and additional fees it’s weird to tell guests to also clean and wash any towels to avoid a fee for your own listing. It shouldn’t be the guests responsibility or include avoided fees in your listing price to cover the expense. Overall, I still think this is a great unit and nice getaway to the beach/pool. Rating 4/5!!
