Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. The space
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary laundry room, available for your use during your stay—making it easy to keep things fresh and stress-free!
There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.
Beach chairs are available.
For safety and cleanliness all living room rugs have been removed due to ongoing construction concerns.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and stress-free, and the space felt welcoming and well cared for. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book again in the future! C

Convenient location with modern vibe
The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we accommodated them. It served our needs but we would probably not book again based on how busy a location it is - didn’t realize they have about 16 units in the horseshoe. Great space for our family of 4. Clean, convenient and comfortable.
