Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Master bedroom: Minimalist design room featuring a king-sized bed dressed in high-quality sheets for a restful night’s sleep, wooden drawers for extra storage, cozy seat, side table with lampshade and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: Second bedroom features queen size bed, wooden drawer with lamp shade and en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms: Each of the two full bathrooms is an en suite, stocked with fresh toiletries and premium Lather bath products and Frette towels. Primary bathroom has a bath tub with shower while the second bathroom comes with a walk in shower.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

What a beautiful and comfortable space!! I’ve been visiting DC for 3-4 days almost every month this past year, and stayed in many Airbnbs. This was by far the nicest: the bed, pillows, and bed linens were super-comfy; the sofa and chairs in the living room were comfortable, it had a dining room table with comfortable chairs instead of just a breakfast bar. The kitchen seemed very well stocked, including with four bottles of water in the fridge. The towels were plentiful, looked like new, and were nice and fluffy. Very convenient, short walk to the Metro and a variety of restaurants. But the building and block it is on were quiet. And the old fireplaces, while not working, were beautiful. I hope this place is available for my next trip to DC!! Beautiful apartment! Beautiful building! Beautiful and safe area! Couldn’t ask for more. Jeanette

This was a very spacious apartment. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms which I really liked. It was nicely decorated and the neighborhood was great and felt really safe and many things were walkable. The only issue we had was that the wi-fi didnt work at times... <br/>I would highly recommend this unit to my friends and family. Wonderful short stay at this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you could need for a few day (or even few week stay). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location cannot be beat: everything from grocery stores to restaurants to public transport are at most a few minutes' walk away, all the while remaining on a quite tree-lined street in the hear of DC. Finally, Sojourn's communication was stellar and prompt, all days of the week and all hours of the day. Will definitely be returning on future visits to DC and highly recommend to others!
