Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Great location and just an overall homey place. Thank you will book again ! Great area, perfect for someone like me who is traveling for work for an extended period of time and needs something more than a hotel room can provide. It’s small but I had a place to relax and a table and chair where I could do some work throughout the day. The bed is comfortable and plenty of light as you’re facing the street. Cons: Floors were a little dirty, especially under the bed and the shower handle is a pain to figure out turning on and temperature control. I stayed for two weeks in a row and other than having an issue with my lock code not working and having to contact support, they were very easy to contact and very communicative about the two times they needed to access the space for routine maintenance. Overall a great place with a lot of good restaurants in the area and the washer and dryer was a score. The rental is small, exactly as shown, and was comfortable for our needs. The host was very available and attentive, even delivering lots of water when the city turned it off for repairs. You do hear the neighbors through the walls, and a little street noise. Also the host was most accommodating, allowing for late check out for a small fee as our flight home was scheduled for late afternoon. Above all, the location is absolutely superb, centered along the corridor between Dupont and Logan Circles.
