Charming place and responsive and helpful host Loved it! Very small but also very cozy. DuPont area is the best part of the experience. We really enjoyed our stay with our pup at Sojourn’s apartment. We were in the lower unit which was a bit confusing to find at first, but we were able to get in touch with someone quickly to explain and get checked in! We felt that everything was reasonable and worth the cost for a cute, clean Airbnb in a walkable and safe DC neighborhood! Caroline

February 2025
We had originally booked a different one-bedroom with Sojourn but we were informed a few days before our stay that the heat was broken in that unit and we were offered a different one bedroom unit that Sojourn had nearby. The alternate listing looked much smaller and had almost no reviews than the one I had booked originally so I requested some money back from the unit I had paid for and they declined and kept the full price from the original unit. When we arrived at the unit, it was in a basement with almost no natural light and was so tiny that two people could barely stand in the room at the same time. It was also billed as a one bedroom but there was no bedroom door, only a see-through curtain separating the bed from the rest of the unit. Everything about it was comically small. That being said, Sojourn was very communicative and professional and the unit was clean and safe. But I would not book with them again after this experience.
