The Float Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Beach chairs are available.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. Please note that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. We do not guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building. You cannot park in front the building, all violators will be towed.
House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Very nice, close to beach. Nicole is very responsive Our stay was great, it is perfect walking distance to the beach. Place was exactly as you see in the photos and the host was very friendly and communicative. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Good spot in an amazing location. In walking distance of the Norfolk beach with good restaurants nearby.
Quiet neighborhood that was within quick driving distance to Chic's and Virginia Beach.
The only cons were the floor was dirty and it was dusty. After walking barefoot in the place for about 30 minutes my feet were noticeably brown.
The place was small but that was communicated well. Check for that if important to you.
Nicole was friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in and out was simple which is a welcome feature.
If you plan to visit the area and need a spot to sleep this is a strong contender Place is cute and had everything needed to cook and stay for a few days. Have to say it was not a perfect stay because of the ants in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they indicated that they would send someone out the next day. No follow up communication was provided and the ants were present during the entire stay.
