Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Sojourn’s place is in a great location within walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee, and convenience stores. Check-in was easy and the instructions were perfectly clear. The apartment is spacious and clean as well. I will note that you do hear significant noise from the other units so light sleepers may not want to stay here. Overall, this is a great option for your next DC trip. We loved staying here! The host was super communicative and the place was perfect :D. Easy walking distance for all of the things we wanted to do (and literally a 20 second walk from the train station too!). Jonathan

This rental was located in close proximity to lots of restaurants bars, and the metro. The unit was spotless and well small, was well laid out and very well equipped. Cozy, clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Very private with a great corner view. Comfortable beds and a perfect overall vibe, I loved it and would absolutely stay here again.
