Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This was my first time my family used AirBnb, and it was a great experience. The pictures did not adequately show how nice this location was. It was pet friendly and there was a gated yard that was a quiet place to take my pets. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the linens and towels were clean also. The neighborhood had a lot of foot and vehicle traffic, but it wasnt a nuisance. The building was quiet and the neighbors were not loud. It was a lively neighborhood, and my family felt safe walking at night. A lot if restaraunts near by, and the metro was within walking distance. The company was also very responsive when I was booking the location and when I had questions about checking in. My only critique would be that the stairs are very steep if you have pets or children, but manageable. Will definitely use the same location on my next trip. Christopher
