★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ SALTWATER POOL ★
The pool is open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

Beautiful house in the perfect location - an easy walk to the beach on the Atlantic and to the boardwalk leading to the sound; also close to the 4x4 beach and not too far of a drive to the fabulous Jockey Dunes. The hosts had the place stocked with all we need. The easy communication made the stay a breeze. Francine

We enjoyed our much needed mini vacation and felt right at home. The canned spring water, as well as the shampoo and soap were a nice touch... spa quality. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great place to relax by the pool or enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the decks. Samantha

Great location in a quiet, lovely neighborhood which was a short walk to the beach (with parking available at the beach if needed) nearby restaurants, and a two grocery stores within a 10 min drive. The local beach was a great spot to spend the day, and wasn't crowded -- and for those that want to partake the 4x4 beach was less than a mile away. House was close to a nice trail and nature area as well. The house had all the needed essentials in the kitchen and bathroom for our stay, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The beds were super comfortable and the house had plenty of space for two families with areas for the kids and adults to hang together or separately. This was our first trip to the OBX and was very happy with our stay and would certainly come back again! We had an amazing stay. Lots of amenities provided and quick to get to things. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend.
