Your apartment number will be shared with you 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will pick up keys and parking passes at the front desk. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.
Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

The Courthouse neighborhood boasts an array of restaurants, pubs and lounges, a movie theater and hotels just steps from Metro. At Bayou Bakery, you can taste authentic New Orleans-style beignets from Food Network star Chef David Guas. Within walking distance of Clarendon and just up the hill from Rosslyn and D.C.’s Georgetown, Courthouse also offers unique shopping opportunities. On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques.
If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. You’ll find jewelry, clothing, vintage magazines and posters, furniture, hand-made crafts and more. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) This home comes with one complimentary parking space. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) Bike storage lockers are available for a minimum of $10 per 30 days.View More

Few positives to begin with:
Apt is located in an area close to metro and other places to walk to. Reserved parking was extremely easy. Apt was a really good size for a long stay. Good WiFi connection for working. Great thermostat for controlling temp as needed.
Few improvement areas:
Although the apartment (and building) is advertised as strictly non smoking, the first floor apt area I was in was a very smokey space. Tons of neighbors emitting cigarette and pot smells all day. Had a neighbor with extremely loud TV that went on for 24 hrs. Sojourn was quick to respond but took two attempts for security to resolve the issue. There is extremely loud banging coming through the apartment as well, possibly garage or something below but not sure. So bring ear plugs or do not stay if you are sensitive to loud noise.
There was an overall garbage smell coming from empty fridge and sink disposal so needs a good scrub down. A

Great Stay
We so enjoyed this apt. It was clean and had everything we could have wanted. If we had any questions they were answered in minutes. All our needs were met. It was very comfortable and quiet and almost felt like home. I would recommend Courtland Towers to anyone looking for a complete change from a B and B or hotel. Michael
