Your apartment number will be shared with you 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will pick up keys and parking passes at the front desk. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.
Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

Commuting is made easy with our location down the street from the Virginia Square-GMU station. Take a trip to your favorite park, grocery store, or restaurant in a pinch. We are in the heart of Arlington, so local businesses, restaurants, shopping spots, and more are at your fingertips. Even historical sites such as the Arlington National Cemetery and the US Marine Corp War Memorial aren’t too far away for an afternoon or a weekend visit.

Amenities
Beautiful place , very clean and spacious. With a kitchen with all amenities one needs even for a longer stay. While the apartment is located into a secured building (24h front desk assistance) with several floors it is very quiet , extremely clean, with one car free parking underground (with secured access), four elevators and all the amenities you need. The parking spot was very spacious where one could easily park a Dodge Durango. The tenants are all very friendly. A wonderful Mexican restaurant is housed on one side of the building . I will look at the availability of the place when I travel again in the DC area. The cleaning fee was a little high for the short stay we had ($150) but considering the size of the place it is reasonable since the cleaning crew needs to make it spotless for the next visitors. We were fortunate and got it at a discount rate due to the last minute booking but the place is worthwhile- about 1 block away from George Mason University. Christopher

This is my second year in a row staying in the exact same Sojourn AirBnb rental listing. It served (both years) as the perfect base camp from which my friend and I from Chicago could get to all of our obligations in Washington D.C. over the weekend.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and quite helpful with check in and with additional information about the neighborhood. There is also a management office for any functions which the front desk staff doesn't regularly handle.
The building has great amenities, and Sojourn was very good about tracking down any additional information we needed about the building's amenities that required additional bookings/reservations.
We also really appreciated the increasingly simplified checkout from year over year. This was a perfectly comfortable stay made virtually effortless by the Sojourn staff. A

Great stay
Great stay. Alton and Antwone were great helping out on some questions before the stay. The space was very clean, neat and in order. Bed was very comfy. The location was perfect, right next to the metro and several dining locations within a few minutes walk.11/10 would stay again and recommend every day of the week. Had a great stay, made my weekend complete having a comfy place to relax at.
