From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! It was close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. I like how everything I needed was available in the Airbnb. Next time I’m in DC I will book The Sojourn again! Matthew

Spot was very clean when we arrived, check-in was flexible so we were able to arrive early, and the host was incredibly responsive at all hours of the day and night for any questions we had. Metro was also just a few minutes walk away, so getting around the city was easy from this spot.<br/>There were a few issues we noticed during the stay, however. The biggest thing is emphasizing that this is a basement apartment, and it definitely feels a little smaller inside than the pictures may show. There’s not much ventilation so the smoke/CO alarm went off frequently while trying to cook in there. Water pressure is pretty low. On our last day we noticed two cockroaches (a large one in the hallway and a smaller one inside our apartment), which unfortunately is to be expected with any basement unit.<br/>Overall, this was a good location and got the job done for a few nights stay in DC, but the basement location and cramped size took away from some of our liking of it. This was my first Airbnb booking. The host were very welcoming, clear and repsinsives at all times. everything was great , superclean and close to restaurants
