Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Definitely enjoy my stay here. I saw the reviews mentioning the scruffs on the walls, but I mean a site from that. It really did feel very clean. It looked clean, no complaints. No odor of cigarettes or drugs. I stayed for the weekend. Didn’t know that on weekends. They don’t tell or charge. So that’s just a heads up. If you’re staying on the Weeknd. You don’t have to pay for the parking like I did with the company. Could’ve save myself some bucks, but it’s all a learning process There’s a 711 liquor store and McDonald’s very close Definitely enjoyed that. If lucky you could literally park right in front of the apartment. No neighbors or anybody bothered Overall, great place. Having lived in this neighborhood before, the location is unbeatable. You will be within a few blocks of some of the best restaurants in DC. The apartment was spotless. The bed was so comfortable, I was late for work each morning (and I was working remotely from the living room.) I highly recommend this property.
